Our scratch caramel is made from fresh milk, cream and pure cane sugar, we cook it to perfection and then test it for the desired texture before it’s done. Our Caramel will melt in your mouth and covers fresh marshmallows, apples and pecans, is great in plain squares or covered in our chocolate.
